What to expect

You will receive a telephone or email consultation to discuss which treatment option will best suit you. From there an appointment is made for your individual treatment plan. The clinic is run from the comfort of my home in Kaiapoi. I have created a relaxing atmosphere, away from the traditional noises and smells of a dental clinic. You can sit back and relax, read a magazine or listen to music, while your teeth become brighter.

You will be fitted with a cheek retractor and your teeth will be prepared. Our specialist medical grade gel is applied to your front 8-10 teeth, top and bottom. Osmo whitening gel is a 'professional use only ' gel. It is clinically proven to be safer on teeth enamel than drinking orange juice. The ultrasonic light will then be clipped to your cheek retractor and you will sit back for 15 minutes whilst it takes effect. After 15 minutes the gel is then removed and new gel is applied for a further 15 minutes. This is then repeated for a third cycle. You can expect to see a difference of many shades whiter, leaving your teeth healthy and bright.

Depending on your age and level of staining you may require a follow up session. (See Ultra Sparkle)

It is then advised that you follow a 'white' diet for 24 hours to ensure the best results and your teeth re-staining. This involves eating foods such as bread, rice, potatoes, pasta, chicken etc.

 Avoid coffee, red wine, sauces, tabaco.
